Amashe Studios specializes in the design and manufacture of custom Giant Inflatables, Air Dancers, Mascots, Fursuits, and Event Branding.

Our products are custom-made according to the customer’s requirements, specifications, artwork, branding, measurements, and approved product details.
Because our products are manufactured specifically for individual customers:

Customers may provide logos, artwork, photographs, branding materials, measurements, text, or other materials for use in manufacturing their products.

Amashe Studios may require an advance payment before production begins.

Amashe Studios does not intentionally store complete payment card information when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.
Production begins after the customer has approved the applicable product specifications, design, artwork, measurements, or other final requirements and has made the required payment.

Customers may request cancellation before production begins.
If cancellation is accepted before production and no non-refundable third-party costs have been incurred, eligible payments may be refunded to the original payment method.

Because products are custom-manufactured for individual customers, orders generally cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Once production begins, materials, labor, manufacturing capacity, and other resources may have been committed specifically to the customer’s order.
Any exception to this policy will be determined by Amashe Studios based on the individual circumstances of the order and applicable law.
Custom-made products are generally not eligible for return simply because the customer changes their mind, no longer requires the product, or ordered an incorrect size, specification, or design that was previously approved.

Amashe Studios provides a 30-Day Workmanship Warranty covering manufacturing workmanship issues relating to stitching and seams from the date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover:
Amashe Studios also provides up to 6 months of repair guidance and support where applicable.
The repair support period does not extend or replace the 30-Day Workmanship Warranty.
To request a return, replacement, repair, or refund:

Step 3: Where the request concerns delivery damage or a product defect, provide the requested information as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Step 5: Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take approximately 5–7 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Customers are responsible for using, installing, operating, securing, storing, and maintaining products according to the instructions provided by Amashe Studios.
Customers should use appropriate safety precautions when operating inflatable products, particularly in outdoor environments and weather conditions involving wind, rain, or other environmental hazards.
Amashe Studios does not guarantee that a product is suitable for every venue, event, weather condition, installation method, or use case.
Customers are responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for their intended location and use.
Unless otherwise stated, the Amashe Studios website, including its text, graphics, photographs, product presentations, designs, branding, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Amashe Studios.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially reuse Amashe Studios’ website content, designs, photographs, or other proprietary materials without prior written permission.
Customer-owned logos and artwork remain the property of the respective customer or rights holder.

Amashe Studios will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs restrictions, government actions, supply chain disruptions, labor disruptions, internet or technology failures, or other similar events.
Where reasonably possible, we will communicate significant delays and work with the customer to determine an appropriate solution.
